At last! Van Morrison on DVD

For such a major player, Van Morrison is under-represented in the DVD racks. Correction - there has never been an official Van the Man DVD. And both the official VHS products sold out many, many years ago.

So Vanfans will raise a cheer on Monday 16 October with the release of the new DVD set, Live At Montreux 1974/1980.

Neither gig is to be confused with the much-bootlegged Montreux show – that’s the fabled 1990 gig, regarded by many good judges as the best ever Morrison show.

But hey, who’s complaining: this is a must-buy.
