Van the Man, Sting, and Howlin' Wolf biographies: bargains and highly priced imports

Yesterday's note about heavily discounted Stones product can be upstaged by current prices for Van Morrison and Sting product. Brian Hinton's Van Morrison biography (3rd printing, published by Sanctuary) is on sale at Music Zone at a staggering £0.95! And the new paperback edition of the recent Sting autobiography is being shifted in large numbers by supermarket chain Tesco at £3.50

But compare these giveaway prices with a couple of US imports seen today in London. Clinton Heylin's Van Man book, out of print in Viking/Penguin hardback, but due to go into UK paperback, is available as the Chicago Review Press import edition, at about £20. And the tasty looking new Howlin' Wolf biography is also available as an import, at £25. Best wait for the UK paperback editions...
