You can order items from Fursbreck Pottery via this secure website, by phone, email, mail order and/or fax - (if you order via the website, or via email, we will confirm your order via email).

We will not process your credit card details until your order is dispatched and we will let you know if there is likely to be any delay due to items not being in stock.

Shopping basket problems?
Some visitors to our online shop have had some problems with an empty basket after adding items to their shopping basket. Our site uses cookies to handle your shopping basket and some web browsers have their cookie handling set at too high a security for our basket to remember what you have ordered. To solve this problem, in Microsoft Internet Explorer, go to 'Tools...' then 'Internet Options...' in the web browser menu, and choose the 'Privacy' tab. Click on 'Advanced' and tick the 'Override automatic cookie handling' box and click OK. Then click Apply and OK and try adding items to your basket again.

Postage and Packing
For UK addresses, our minumim charge is £7.50 (or less if it is a very tiny thing) on orders up to £50.00. Orders over £50.00 - add 12.5%. Postage for any order over £150.00 is £19.50. International/overseas (outside the UK) parcels wil be charged at cost to your card.

Online ordering
Fursbreck Pottery offers a fully secure ordering environment via our secure server - and your name, address, credit card number, plus billing information, are protected throughout the transaction.

All credit card information is encrypted by our software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. Using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption, the details you enter with an order can only be accessed by us.

If you do not wish to make credit card purchases directly through our website - we also accept phone, fax, and mail orders.

We are open from April to the end of September, and then again from mid-November until Chritmas. Our opening times are: Monday to Saturday 9.28am to 5.58pm and we are open on Sunday afternoons from 2pm(ish) till 5.37pm.
