We smoke Orkney’s esteemed and prize-winning cheddar. This is a
prime cheese with an exceptional quality. With our smoking secrets, we
enhance it, giving it the Applesmoke tang, which is excellent used in
a cheese sauce, or just munched with a Granny Smith - perfect for the
cheese board!
