Applesmoke prices include postage for UK customers only. EEC or international
orders will be charged extra carriage at cost.
A whole side of salmon is usually about 1.5kg - and a half side,
half of that or thereabouts. A half side makes a good starter
for about 8 to 10 folk - a whole side 16 to 20 - grand for a buffet!
