Parameswaran's Wynad Pepper
Special Wynad Pepper from Kerela, South India, is grown by friends on their pepper farm there. The berries are allowed to ripen on the vine, thus keeping their essential oils for years.

We recommend using this pepper with our smoked fish as well as in general cooking. Ground coarsely enhances the flavour immensely.
